Offramp Studios is a 27 unit live/work building located at 1155 Fifth Street–the corner of Fifth Street and Adeline, Oakland, CA. The building derives its name from being one block from the 880 South "Broadway/Alameda" off ramp–and two blocks west of the 880 North "Market Street" offramp. The building is three short blocks east of the West Oakland BART and nine blocks west of Broadway and Jack London Square. Wheelchair access is available through the freight elevator.

Directions:

From San Francisco: Immediately after crossing the Bay Bridge, go into the far-right lanes and exit onto 880 South (Alameda/San Jose).

Continue on 880 to the Broadway/Alameda Exit. At the bottom of the ramp make a right on Fifth and go to the next light (one short block) and make a right onto Adeline. The building is on the corner.

From San Jose/Hayward: Take 880 North to Downtown Oakland. Immediately after the 980 split, take the Market Street exit. At the bottom of the ramp, continue straight through the light to the next light, which is Adeline. You will see the building on your Left.

East Oakland, 580: Take the 980 Downtown Oakland exit. From 980, take the 12th Street Exit–this puts you onto Brush Street which parallels 980. Continue on Brush to 7th Street. Right on 7th to Adeline (second light). Left on Adeline to 5th–the building is on the corner.
